There are two types of cookies:
A permanent cookie remains on the visitor’s computer for a certain amount of time.
A session cookie is stored temporarily in the computer’s memory while a visitor is on a web page. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser.
If you do not accept cookies, you can turn off cookies in your browser’s security settings.
You can also set up the browser so that you get a query every time the site tries to place a cookie on your computer. Through the browser, previously stored cookies can also be deleted. See the browser’s help pages for more information.
