At 8 o&#8217;clock, Hanna Arnell from L\u00e4tta Steg starts with 30 minutes of exercise in the obstacle course\/playground Kontrollen area and then switches to a lower frequency with 30 minutes of mobility\/yoga. <\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Tuesdays from July 8 to August 5. 8 AM &#8211; 9 AM. <\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">After the session, you can then move on to buy something delicious for breakfast in the Dining Hall at the World Heritage Visitor Center and get ready to face the day. Suitable for both adults and children. Free for children up to 12 years old, who can also take the opportunity to play in the Kontrollen obstacle course. You are responsible for your own child.
