Under the guidance of our head chef, you\u2019ll work with climate-smart dishes that are right on trend\u2014both gastronomically and in terms of values. <\/p>\n About the Grimeton Radio Station World Heritage Site<\/strong><\/p>\n In 2004, Grimeton Radio Station was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a unique symbol of the early development of wireless technology. Since then, the site has grown into a vibrant visitor destination with exhibitions, guided tours, events, and an environment that invites both learning and reflection. <\/p>\n Next to the World Heritage Site is our visitor centre with the restaurant Matsalen, where we serve everything from lunch buffets to conference meals and Christmas buffets.<\/p>\n About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n We\u2019re now looking for a chef with good instincts, professional pride, and a twinkle in the eye!<\/p>\n Almost a year ago, we opened our newly built kitchen\u2014and the response has been fantastic. Now it\u2019s time to expand the team. <\/p>\n This is a 100% seasonal position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are mainly daytime and include weekend work. <\/p>\n As a chef in our open kitchen, you and your colleagues are an important part of the overall experience for our guests. Tasks vary and may include everything from cooking and ordering to talking with guests about ingredients and our food philosophy. <\/p>\n We work from a newly created concept focusing on low-climate-impact ingredients, reduced food waste, and fresh thinking. They run courses, document its technology, and are a major knowledge resource in managing the World Heritage Site. <\/strong><\/p>\n They also lead some of our tours, Tekniska Skiftet, and carry out transmitter start-ups.
