The menu moves between bird, fish, and what we call &#8216;In-between&#8217; \u2013 ingredients and flavors that give the kitchen the freedom to cook according to season, climate, and context. For us, it&#8217;s simply about food with taste, variety, and care.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>During autumn and winter, Matsalen offers refreshments during the Visitor Centre&#8217;s opening hours. On selected days, we also serve lunch \u2013 keep an eye out for current information here on the website. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>For <\/span>pre-booked groups, conferences, and events<span> we can offer refreshments and meals as part of the visit. For smaller groups, a guided tour and refreshments often work best, while lunch and other meals are offered to larger groups or according to a special minimum charge. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>This way, we can plan the kitchen and ingredients according to the number of guests and at the same time offer a meal that suits your visit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Are you a group that wants to combine the World Heritage site with food or refreshments?
