The menu moves between bird, fish, and what we call ‘In-between’ \u2013 ingredients and flavors that give the kitchen the freedom to cook according to season, climate, and context. For us, it’s simply about food with taste, variety, and care. <\/span><\/p>\n During autumn and winter, Matsalen offers refreshments during the Visitor Centre’s opening hours. On selected days, we also serve lunch \u2013 keep an eye out for current information here on the website. <\/span><\/p>\n For <\/span>pre-booked groups, conferences, and events we can offer refreshments and meals as part of the visit.
