In the spring, the Alexander Association, the fantastic Friends of Grimeton World Heritage Site, is organizing a SAQ basic course for all those interested.

During the course, you will go through the basic functions of the Alexander alternator together. You will also learn how to start the transmitter, which we then do together. No prior knowledge is necessary, but some interest in electricity and technology is an advantage. The course is held in Swedish at Grimeton’s Radio Station and the association offers two options (note the dates are preliminary):

  • 4 Tuesday evenings of 2h each (18/3, 1/4, 15/4, 29/4)
  • Saturday/Sunday at 4h (29-30/3)

Sign up, with a preference for Tuesday or weekend courses, by March 15, 2025 by email to info@alexander.n.se
