There are many ways to experience the Grimeton World Heritage Site. Outside normal opening hours, you can wander around the World Heritage Site on your own and learn about its unique history.
The Visitor Center has a reception, café and shop. Here you can get information about your visit and buy tickets for the various activities at the World Heritage Site.
The café has locally produced refreshments and light lunches that can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors. There is also a World Heritage Site electric grill next to the building, where you can grill your own food or the World Heritage Site barbecue package. After seeing the site, you can buy a souvenir in the gift shop.
10th December, Saturday 10 am – 3 pm
The Self Check-in ticket is valid outside regular opening hours and gives you access to the Transmitter Hall and the Exhibition. An accessible toilet is available in the Transmitter Hall.
Please note that the Visitor Center, with the café and shop, is not open on such days.
It is possible to visit the World Heritage Site all year round by booking a group visit. Go on a guided tour, solve problems in the World Heritage Site Escape Room or take your company to new heights by climbing the antenna tower. There are plenty of possibilities!
