Sew your 1920s Dress from Scratch | Kungsbacka
Now’s your chance to create your own 1920s-style dress. Think glitter, sequins and beads. Think fringe, feathers and glamor. Think Charleston, The Great Gatsby and luxury. You won’t want to miss this!
At Grimeton Radio Station, we have been doing things ourselves for almost 100 years. We have made our own tools, we have repaired and taken care of things. And that’s why it’s especially fun to offer you the opportunity to create a luxurious party dress entirely from scratch for the anniversary celebration Great Grimeton Party. Whether you’re a beginner or have a bit more experience, you’ll receive personal guidance throughout the entire process. You’ll sketch, plan, and sew your unique outfit with the help of the course instructor.
Folkuniversitetet offers sewing courses in connection with Grimeton Radio Station’s 100th anniversary celebration in 2025. Part of this grand celebration is the glittering 1920s party at Societén in Varberg. Whether you’re planning to attend the party or not, this is your big chance to design a truly dazzling 1920s outfit.
