
Summer Camp “Wake up with World Heritage” Exercise Yoga!

Welcome to wake up with the World Heritage at the 100-year-jubilee Grimeton Radio Station this summer! At 8 o’clock, Hanna Arnell from Lätta Steg starts with 30 minutes of exercise in the obstacle course/playground Kontrollen area and then switches to a lower frequency with 30 minutes of mobility/yoga.
Tuesdays from July 8 to August 5. 8 AM – 9 AM.
After the session, you can then move on to buy something delicious for breakfast in the Dining Hall at the World Heritage Visitor Center and get ready to face the day. Breakfast is not included in the training ticket.
Purchase a ticket for each training session.
100 SEK/session for adults, 50 SEK/session for children 12 years and older.

The training starts outside the World Heritage Center by the cooling water pond. Suitable for both adults and children. Free for children up to 12 years old, who can also take the opportunity to play in the Kontrollen obstacle course. You are responsible for your own child. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible, otherwise, there are some available to borrow.
The training takes place outdoors on the lawn and in the Kontrollen obstacle course. No stairs.
Wear appropriate workout clothes. NOTE: We do not have changing rooms or showers on site.
