Workshop 1 at 10:30 AM / Workshop 2 at 1:00 PM

During the autumn break, you’ll have the chance to discover origami together with Ann-Louise Hellman from Japanese Paper Import. No prior experience is needed. In the workshop, you’ll fold several different models—from simple to a little more advanced.

You’ll finish by folding the Japanese crane, tsuru, a powerful symbol of happiness, long life, loyalty, and peace. If there’s time and you manage to fold two cranes, you’ll have the opportunity to donate one to Ann-Louise’s collection of 1,000 cranes, which will later be sent to the Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima.
