Booking Terms for Scheduled Visits to the Grimeton Radio Station World Heritage Site
Booking, Changes to Booking, and Cancellation
Booking, changes to booking, or cancellation must be made by phone at +46 (0)340–674 190 or email info@grimeton.org no later than five (5) working days before the planned visit. Otherwise, the customer will be charged according to the original booking.
Delay
In case of late arrival, the visit will be shortened, and the customer will be charged according to the original booking. If possible, after agreement between the customer and the Grimeton World Heritage Site, the visit can be conducted for its normal duration for an additional cost of 1800 SEK.
Special Needs and Requests
Any special needs or requests, such as dietary requirements or accessibility accommodations, during the visit to the Grimeton World Heritage Site must be communicated at the time of booking to be considered.
Payment
Payment is made in cash or by card at the time of visit. For invoicing, the due date is 30 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent after the visit. The billing address must be provided no later than five working days before the planned visit.
Price Change Reservation
We reserve the right for potential price changes, which will be immediately communicated to the customer if they occur.
Property Liability
The Grimeton World Heritage Site is not responsible for property stored on the premises.

The Grimeton Radio Station World Heritage Site has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage List since 2004, considered invaluable to humanity. This means that everyone who works or is otherwise involved in and for the World Heritage Site is bound by the fundamental values that underpin the entire UN project: democracy, human rights, tolerance, equality, gender equality, and freedom of opinion and expression. All employees, customers, suppliers, and visitors must be treated with respect regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, ethnic affiliation, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Personal Data Processing
When confirming your booking, you consent to the Grimeton World Heritage Site processing the contact information (name, phone number, email, and any address, organization, reference number, dietary requirements) provided during the booking process. This information is stored for the current year and then deleted. The information is used for booking-related handling and only internally. If you wish to have this information deleted earlier, please contact info@grimeton.org.
After the Visit
Your opinion is important and helps the Grimeton Radio Station World Heritage Site to develop and improve. Therefore, an evaluation form may be sent via email after the visit. If you do not consent to this, please contact info@grimeton.org. Thank you for your contribution!
