A laser artwork visible as a green, sweeping, and pulsating light in the sky within a few miles of the radio station. Perhaps you can see it from Varberg Fortress?!! Signal Intelligence!
How are your Morse code skills? In “Signal Intelligence” you need to find a secret message. With hidden transmitters and a radio receiver, you will pick up signals and decode them. Bat School!
On Saturday, November 4, between 10 AM and 3 PM, Birgitta from the Nature Conservation Association in Varberg will be present. Her passion is bats – and you can ask her anything you want to know about these fascinating creatures. The Nature Conservation Association organizes a pleasant little quiz walk. Three different species have been found in the World Heritage area, one of which is red-listed. If you visit the exhibition (entrance ticket required), you will also have the opportunity to listen to various radio waves, including the bat’s echolocation sounds. Take the chance to have a coffee in the café and play in the obstacle course Kontrollen. This activity is suitable for children between 3 and 7 years.
When purchasing an ordinary entrance ticket to the exhibition, Sabotage and Signal Intelligence are included. If you want to join a tour, choose the Day Shift ticket.
Wear durable clothing if you want to challenge yourself in the obstacle course Kontrollen located on the premises! Welcome to Thrills and Chills at the Grimeton World Heritage site!
