Christmas morning at Grimeton World Heritage Site

As tradition dictates, we open up the Transmitter Hall on Christmas Eve morning and start up the Alexander transmitter from 1924 in the beautiful Transmitter Hall with good help from the Alexander Friends Association.

At 8.00 CET, preparations for the start will begin and you can enjoy mulled wine, coffee and gingerbread outside the Broadcasting Hall to wish each other a Merry Christmas.

At 9.00 CET, it’s time for the broadcast of the 2024 Christmas Telegram, and we celebrate #100yearsofCommunication!
