Hallands-Bridge Annual Meeting Silver | Competition in the Transmitter Hall

An important part of the card game bridge is the communication used in the form of bidding systems that attempt to describe to one’s partner what cards one has in hand. Another important aspect today is the technology in the form of table computers that help us competitors calculate who won.

And with this connection to communication, the Halland Bridge Association is therefore organizing a tournament in the beautiful transmitter hall of the Grimeton World Heritage Site, as their way of participating in the celebration of #100yearsofcommunication. The World Heritage Site is open as usual on this day, but in the transmitter hall, the bridge tables are neatly arranged and the air vibrates with concentration.

The tournament starts at 12:00 PM
From 11:00 AM, the Halland Bridge Association has instructors on site who will explain how the game works for those who are curious.
