How was film invented? How was the world’s first picture taken? And why is it good that our eyes are a bit slow? Come experience exciting optical illusions and take your own photo using a paper box or soda can as your camera.
Come and try the film history lab at the Grimeton World Heritage Site! Drop in on Monday 10/27 between 10 AM – 12 PM and 1 PM – 3 PM. No pre-registration needed – just show up and stay as long as you like. For participants aged 9 and up, or from age 7 when accompanied by an adult. Free admission.
The Film History Lab is led by Sara Svärdsén, cinematographer, and Jimi Vall Peterson, film director.
The event is organized by Region Halland Film Resource Center in collaboration with Grimeton Radio Station as part of the celebration of #100yearsofcommunication
